Not quite sure I understand or agree with your sentiment. CMF is wholly owned by Nothing right. Do you suggest what an entirely different support structure? I just want a place where I can easily report an issue or suggestion and not have it tossed into an /everything else/ section. Right now, except for the person who expects almost /Nothing/ from their smartwatch the product has some serious flaws. And fast and accurate and directed feedback from this community would surely be a good way to at least a way to point out these issues. Hmm.
