_aless After the update, cancelling essential recorder before it starts when using the essential key will leave the glyph light on until I fully start an essential record it and stop it. Did anyone else notice this?
SoyVarghese After the software update, the Glyph light remains on almost continuously. When I try to turn it off, there’s no response. The light only goes off when the device is rebooted.does anyone facing the same.
wevsty NikolaWei I have already contacted Nothing Support. The good news is that the technical team has confirmed this issue. It is expected to be resolved in the upcoming Android 16 OS Beta update for the Nothing Phone (3a) series, scheduled for release by the end of this month.
Womey wevsty update today fixes this. I am fairly certain though, I read somewhere, updating the 3a series prior to 4.0 beta (so if you update to fix the recording today if pushed the update) you will not be able to enter the NOS 4.0 beta. Someone correct me if I am wrong? Cannot find where I read this from initially
wevsty Womey I attempted to apply this update, but after testing, the OMAPI issue remains unresolved and still cannot be used. I’ll wait until after the Android 16 beta version mentioned by customer service before trying it out.
Anonymous932 Update 3.2 was perfect for me (France, 3a 12go/256) ; Huge battery drain since 10 days, but after 3 complete cycles, the battery seems to return at normal state, before this update. Thx 🙂 (~7 or 8% battery with 1hr music (deezer HD) and google-ing.)
wevsty neilkennedy It may be that the firmware was released too hastily and Google’s certification was not completed before it was released. Now Google’s certification is completed and it has returned to normal.

coolguydpak After recent software update on october 15 2025 my phone fingerprint sensor has stopped working. Iam already facing restart issue since day 1. Now to add more to my worries the fingerprint sensor has stopped working.

coolguydpak Derren After reecnt software update for nothing 3a pro. Fingerprint sensors are not working for unlock. And no option appears to unlock apps niether by fingerprint or by pin.
Acid_css1754 coolguydpak restart your device again. If it doesn’t work. Than remove all fingerprints whichs you have set on device. Than set again fingerprint.. it will work.. and also clear your screen..
