And if you mean like total 100% copy of every setting, file and account - then that, luckily, won’t ever happen because it would be a major security problem.

Anonymous931 It took 8 hours ( !!! ) to transfer for the second NP3 i have bought. It was endless. And at 87% … obviously… a system error 😎. All day we laughed, saying that obviously, as always, it will be in the last percentages that there will be a bug. And what was bound to happen happened. We tried again and finally gave up. Not everything was copied. I then did some tinkering. It’s still not perfect. They never offered a way to simply use the cable between the two phones. And after so many hours the brand new NP3 screen was completely burned where Google texts and logo were displayed during the transfer (images retention I hope). Then I had to make transfers with the computer, I absolutely cursed Nothing for USB 2.0. Frankly, I would really like to know what the real savings per unit were from having chosen this old version of USB rather than a faster modern version.

8 hours? 🤨 That surely must have been some weird bug or glitch, there is no way to take that much in normal scenario. Even if you go to transfer full 480 GB that’s 320-330 minutes from one to another over slow 25-ish MB/s on USB 2.0. Sorry to hear that 🤕 I’m guessing I was lucky so far to never get any problem with any device I own(ed).

One active person on this forum would call you a spec-racer now with explanation how anything faster than 2.0 is not necessary nor needed by anyone 🙃

Absolutely! First step is to buy Google and then get an owership of Android, then remove all security measures like full-disk and file-based encryption from Android and all forms of security from Google accounts, so everything will work perfectly 🤩 Ez pz!

Anonymous931 It was only a 256gb phone (oneplus). Yes that was wild And never go to the end. But now it’s ok and new phone works fine. And yes no burn, it was image retention and few days later everything is fine on the screen. It’s just sad that the navigation bar ( circle to search ) can’t have a little transparency to avoid that kind of marking. I disable it on mine but for the second Np3 it’s there because I don’t want to deprive the person of this functionality if they want it. But it’s a little of concern to know if yes or no it will burn the screen after some years. I don’t know what to think about that. I just remember having a TV screen ruined because of this a few years ago.
