Nothing OS 4.0 ❌
Nothing OS 3.5.1 ✅
After checking out the Nothing OS 4.0 Open Beta, here are my thoughts:
Pitch Black Dark Theme – the most hyped feature in the trailer only applies to the Settings page. Not system-wide.
No New Animations – UI feels the same as before.
Control Panel – completely unchanged.
Status Bar Icons – no visual refresh.
Home & Lock Screen – nothing major, except two new clock styles.
…and there’s more, but I don’t even feel like listing it.
Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a “major” update at all. At best, it should’ve been called Nothing OS 3.5.1. Definitely not worthy of a full version jump to 4.0.
