After a month with the new CMF Watch 3 Pro, I’m ready to share what’s new and why it matters.
This 99€ smartwatch brings a bigger AMOLED display, AI‑powered fitness guidance and longer battery life.
Let’s dive in! 🧵

✨Display & Design:
The 1.43″ AMOLED display is noticeably brighter (peaking at 670+ nits) and offers a smoother 60 fps experience.
The redesigned metal body and slimmer bezels make the watch feel more modern and refined, especially in the orange version.

🏃♀️Health & AI Coach:
Nothing added an upgraded 4‑channel heart rate sensor and an AI‑powered running coach. I found heart‑rate tracking more accurate than before, also sleep and stress monitoring were reliable, though there’s room for deeper insights.

🔋Battery & Charging:
Battery life is rated at 13 days in typical use, up from 11 on the previous model.
In my tests I haven’t had any problems with short charging times when I wasn’t going to use it even with daily usage and AOD enabled.

**
📱App & Ecosystem:**
The new Nothing X app replaces CMF Watch; it was a much-needed change. Nothing’s distinctive design stands out, and having a single app for the entire ecosystem is appreciated. The data-visualization structure is great and attractive.

🛠️Changes I would like:
I’d like to adjust the music volume directly from the watch’s crown within the music widget, without opening the volume menu. Also, in the volume menu, press-and-hold on the volume buttons doesn’t ramp up multiple levels and you have to tap repeatedly.

🧾Verdict:
For under 100€, offers a balanced mix of smart features and fitness tools.
It’s ideal for budget‑conscious users who want a capable health tracker with a long‑lasting battery.
If you need advanced training metrics or broader app support, you may look elsewhere, but for most people this is an excellent entry‑level choice. 🏆
