VanshDoneria nah, I always fully charge and discharge, or not really worry about it.
My rMBP from 2011 did 9 years and 3000+ charging cycles and still had 65+% capacity. The second SSD wore out so I recycled it to get a M1MBA in 2020, which has 1000 cycles now and it’s around 85%.
The NP3 is rated for 1400+ cycles by EU spec. I’m on 80 cycles, so about 300/year and that would be 5 years of usage.
I’d rather have the extra 20% charging capacity and I always charge as fast as the phone will go, about 30W.
I just use the tech as much as I can and usually stuff wears out eventually.
VanshDoneria which settings about screen and battery would you like to see.
On my CMF1 with AccuBattery Pro, I have about 160 or so cycles over the year and have somewhere around a 5% battery capacity loss. (my son is on it now so I can’t check).
