I’ve been a Nothing fan since day one. Used to proudly tell friends this is the next revolutionary tech brand. I pre ordered Phone 1 and absolutely loved it. But over time, the battery started giving up.
Pre ordered CMF Buds Pro 2 and CMF Phone 1 for my father. He accidentally broke the screen, and the service experience was honestly terrible. Took ages to get it fixed, and it cost me almost half the price of the phone. And don’t make me get started on CMF Buds Pro 2. Buds are getting charged at max 65% and get drained with just 15 mins of usage without ANC, extra Bass or LDAC.
Community Dots program got vanished under the hood. Got a few coupons that were practically useless. I didn’t want to buy anything at that time anyway.
And now, after getting the Phone 3, it’s already lost more than half its value in just three months. It’s honestly disappointing watching a brand I once hyped up slowly lose its charm.
As MKBHD says , “Be a fan of the product, not the brand.”
And I’m starting to understand exactly what he meant.
