On my phone 3a, I have selected the “Sound only” option everywhere, for default ringtone. Also in whatsapp settings I have selected “sound only” for the ringtone under the “calls” setting.
Also the whatsapp setting of … “Lights” - is selected as “none” .
Even after all this, whenever I get a whatsapp call the glyphs still light up, the only way to stop this is to completely turn of glyph lights, which I don’t want to as I use it for other purposes.
Yes, I have already contacted nothing support, but they are unable to fix it, and hence have directed me to visit a service centre…. BUT, before I do so, I ask about this here in hopes of finding a solution.
