Me:
Before I tell you whether I was able to resolve the issue, I must ask…
Are you even working for CMF/Nothing Phone? The solutions you provided included iOS and generic Android troubleshooting steps, which have nothing to do with the Nothing Phone OS 3.2 features that my device comes with.
Please take your responses via email more responsibly and cross-check whether what you mention actually exists in the Nothing OS. Why was I given a solution for iOS?
Do you think I would have contacted support if such options already existed?
My issue still persists — I continue to face problems with gestures and the keyboard. There are no notch settings available on the phone. The only related option is in Developer Mode, and it does not work.
I would like to speak with someone who has better knowledge of Nothing OS support, instead of receiving generic or AI-generated responses.
Honestly, I’m disappointed with the support provided.

Support:
Thank you for contacting Nothing India Support. We’re here to assist you with the issues you’re experiencing with your Nothing/CMF product.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.
Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps given below for resolving the issue:
Check for UI Adjustment Settings in the Game:
Some games allow users to adjust the screen layout or UI to avoid overlap with the camera punch hole. Explore in-game settings to see if there’s an option to shift the UI or enable a feature that compensates for the punch hole.
Adjust Screen Settings:
Depending on the device, there may be an option to hide or adjust the punch hole or notch area, either by dimming or applying a black bar along the top edge.
On Android Devices: Go to Settings > Display > Notch or Camera Hole settings.
On iPhones: There isn’t a setting to hide the notch, but some apps automatically adjust to avoid it.
Change Screen Orientation:
If the game can be played in landscape mode, switching might help avoid interference from the punch hole in portrait mode.
Update Game or Device Software:
Check for any available updates for the game or the device OS.
Kind Regards,
Support Team

I have attached a video link that showcases the issue I’m facing.
The camera punch hole covers key UI elements in the game. Important information gets hidden.
Gesture-related issues: the screen freezes or becomes unresponsive after gesture use. This happens during gaming and even while watching videos — double swipes are often needed.
