Cropped Images from CMF Gallery Not Sending on WhatsApp

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem CMF Phone 2 Pro. Wenn ich einen Screenshot mache und ihn mit der Standardoption „Bearbeiten“ der Galerie zuschneide, weigert sich WhatsApp, das zugeschnittene Bild zu senden. Aber wenn ich den Original-Screenshot (nicht zugeschnitten) sende, funktioniert es einwandfrei. Wenn ich dasselbe Bild mit InShot oder einer anderen App zuschneide, akzeptiert WhatsApp es interessanterweise und sendet es problemlos. Ich habe bereits versucht, die Kameraeinstellungen zurückzusetzen, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen. Es sieht so aus, als ob der CMF-Galerie-Editor zugeschnittene Bilder in einem Format speichert, das WhatsApp nicht unterstützt (vielleicht HEIC statt JPG). Hat das noch jemand erlebt? Gibt es einen Fix oder eine Einstellung, um die Galerie zu zwingen, zugeschnittene Bilder als .jpg zu speichern? Dank im Voraus!

I’m facing an issue with my CMF Phone 2 Pro. When I take a screenshot and crop it using the default gallery Edit option, WhatsApp refuses to send that cropped image. But if I send the original (uncropped) screenshot, it works fine.

Interestingly, if I crop the same image using InShot or any other app, WhatsApp accepts and sends it without any problem.

I already tried resetting the camera settings, but the issue remains.

It looks like the CMF gallery editor might be saving cropped images in a format WhatsApp doesn’t support (maybe HEIC instead of JPG).

Has anyone else faced this?

Is there a fix or setting to force the gallery to save cropped images as .jpg?
