DemyxWarren mezzaluna_ it may be an Android and Google thing not nothing itself because I’m having same issue and I’m on the nothing os 4 beta version also after looking up fixes it says says it may be related to Google play services
BlakeFeist I keep trying to go into settings to search within the app but it greets me with a message saying search suggestion is not responding. Its not allowing me to duplicate it but because of this, I’m not able to search within the settings app. Is anyone else dealing with this? I’m using nothing phone 2 on android 15
forfashire Yup, just took my CMF Phone 2 out of the box and updated to the most recent version of NothingOS and was met with this issue. Quite a few people are also reporting this on the subreddit. Expecting a hotfix soon, hopefully. (please?)

RapidZapper Hey The issue is known and being investigated by the team In the meantime here’s a temporary fix: Go in Settings -> Apps -> Show all apps then search for “Google Play Protect Service” -> 3 dots in right corner and Uninstall updates

Saebyeok RapidZapper ohh thank god, I am a new nothing use, I was having the same issue and remembered that nothing community is a good way to search first before panicking haha so thank you so much now my search bar in settings is working! Hope they’ll fix it soon!
MariaMihya RapidZapper So i tried to fix it but i accidentally deleted google play services instead of Google play protect services. Now i could not use playstore 😭 is there any way i can have the data back.
