Ich habe kürzlich das Nothing Phone 3 gekauft, nur wegen der Hardware und vor allem wegen der Software, die minimal und absolut dem LAGER entspricht und die beste Optimierung für eine längere Lebensdauer der Hardware bietet. Vor kurzem hat das Unternehmen jedoch beschlossen, Bloatware und Adware in Nothing OS 4.0 für ein Seriengerät hinzuzufügen, was eine gewisse Ungleichheit zwischen Kunden darstellt, die dem Unternehmen treu sind, und denen, die sich verliebt haben. Ich möchte nur sagen, dass das Betriebssystem Nothing für seine saubere, einzigartige Erfahrung mit Produktivität und professionellem Einsatz bekannt ist, aber diese Dinge, wie ich bereits sagte, Bloatware und Adware führen dazu, dass das Betriebssystem seine Integrität und seinen Namen verliert. Ich schätze die harte Arbeit des Unternehmens für uns, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass Sie solche Entscheidungen treffen sollten, da Nothing OS jetzt zu Emotionen für uns wird. Ich möchte unserem lieben Team und insbesondere Sir Carl Pei nur eine Frage stellen: Ich habe eine Nachricht erhalten, dass Sie für das Umsatzwachstum des Unternehmens Adware und Bloatware, also Lockscreen Glimpse, und Apps von Drittanbietern hinzufügen. Aber was ist nun mit dem Vertrauen der Kunden, das Sie verlieren? Was ist mit treuen Kunden und Neukunden, die Sie verlieren, wenn Sie eine Serie nur wegen der Software herausgebracht haben? Ich habe auch Ihr aktuelles Video auf YouTube kommentiert. Die Leute wollen das nicht, weil das Betriebssystem Nothing nicht dafür gedacht ist. Meine Vorschläge: 1. Wenn Sie möchten, behalten Sie es für einen vorübergehenden Zeitraum bei, bis das Unternehmen sein Umsatzwachstum verbessert. 2. Sie können Bloatware, auch Drittanbieter genannt, hinzufügen, wenn Sie möchten, diese kann jedoch deinstalliert werden 3. Oder versuchen Sie die INTEGRATION von KI-Apps für ein besseres Erlebnis in Bezug auf Produktivität, die sogar KI-Modelle wie GEMINI UND CHAT GPT trainieren könnten, und es wird Ihnen helfen, daraus Einnahmen zu erzielen, da diese KI-basierten Unternehmen Sie finden könnten. Warum mir Ihre Entscheidung heilig ist: Unternehmen wie Motorola, ein in den USA ansässiges Unternehmen, haben IHREM Telefon ein nahezu STOCK ANDROID-Erlebnis geboten, genau das, was Sie uns gegeben haben Nothing. Aber als Lenovo die Dinge kaufte, lehnte Motorola die Benutzeroberfläche ab und änderte sie zu Hello UI. Dann fingen sie an, Sperrbildschirm-Magzine anzubieten (was früh vor der Einführung von Hello UI war). Und jetzt gibt es für das Android 16-Update Bloatware, was überhaupt nicht gut ist und das Erlebnis beeinträchtigt. Ich hoffe NICHTS, Sie werden das nicht tun. Sie behalten das Betriebssystem Nothing, wie es bei der Gründung des Unternehmens war. Sie behalten das Betriebssystem bei, wie es sauber, nah am LAGER, professionell, produktiv und materialistisch war, mit einer flotten Leistung. Ich wusste, dass das Lesen lange dauern kann. I recently purchased Nothing Phone 3 just because of hardware and especially for the software clean minimal and absolutely close to STOCK with best optimization for longer hardware life.

But recently the company decided to add Bloatwares and Adware in Nothing OS 4.0 for a series device which is kind a in equality for those customers who are loyal to company and those who started felling in love.

I just want to say Nothing OS is known for it clean unique experience with productivity and professional use but this things like I said Bloatwares and Adware is make the OS loose it’s integrity and its name. I appreciate company’s hardwork for us but this doesn’t you should take such decisions cu Nothing OS is becoming now emotions for us.

I just want ask one question to our dear team and especially sir Carl Pei:

I got a you said that for company’s revenue growth you are adding Adware and bloatware AKA Lockscreen Glimpse and Third party apps. But now what about customers trust you are losing up ?

What about loyal customers and new customers you are losing who brought a series just because of Software?

I also commented this on YouTube your recent video. People don’t want that cuz Nothing OS isn’t meant for that.

My suggestions:

If you want keep it keep but for a temporary period till company improves it’s revenue growth.
You can add bloatwares aka third party if you wish but that could be un installed
Or trying INTEGRATION of AI apps for better experience in terms productivity that could even train AI models like GEMINI AND CHAT GPT and it will help you to build revenue from that as these AI based companies could find you.

Why Im sacred of your decision: Companies like Motorola which was a US based companies where providing THEIR phone with close to STOCK ANDROID experience just what you giving us Nothing. But once Lenovo purchased things turned down Motorola UI changed to Hello UI then they started giving lock screen magzine (which was early before Hello UI was introduced)

And now for Android 16 update they are giving bloatwares now which is not good at all degrading the experience. Hope NOTHING, you will not do this you keep Nothing OS how it was during the company launched you keep OS as it was clean, close to STOCK, professional, productive and materialistic with it snappy performance.

I known this could be long to read just use essential search to summarise and save you time lol 😂. Love for NOTHING and its products and especially for team for their work.

OHMIC I think it’s only for mid range devices not for phone 3.
But still it’s wrong to add it. Fingers crossed for phone 3

After reading some of the comments I would have to agree that Adware and Bloatware is something that minimalists like myself and probably the majority of users, HATE. Personally after living through the Microsoft/IBM era and seeing what happened to IBM and the collapse of their (IMHO) better operating system and GUI, I believe you should take the Microsoft approach and advertise your way to profit.

Sure your products are known and getting reviews but there is nowhere near the amount of exposure that the big players are throwing at us. Fair enough that funds for advertising are most likely a drop in the ocean compared with the likes of Samsung and Apple but with exposure surely comes fame and glory, so to speak.

I have been in sales in my lifetime and advertising is always pushed as the only way for products to become known.

I have the Nothing 2 and love it. You guys even repaired it comprehensively when it stopped working. I have already commented that I don't like the 3's new Glyph lights because they are not making the statement that earlier phones are. I was in a cafe enjoying a cappuccino and listening to a podcast when the young waitress commented on how cool the Glyph lights were.

Now with the 3 they are barely visible. Someone else has commented that the 3 series feels like it is losing the brand identity - I agree 100%. A lot of us bought the phone just for the Glyph lights and now they are virtually gone.

So if you now go and stuff all sorts of crap in our face with unwanted ads and bloat, I believe you will lose even more identity and sales. The phone will feel like any another.

Advertise the hell out of your budget. Bring back proper Glyphs lights and here's a thing that I don't think any other company is doing - give away a phone to student communities all over the world. Increase exposure…

I am nearing my eighth decade on this the third rock from the sun. I'm very technology oriented due to my working life at the cutting edge of technology and I've seen opportunities lost due to failures of all kinds. In my humble opinion Nothing phones rock but only if you keep what you have and don't dilute it or pollute it. Oh, and perhaps AI should be offered as an option so that not everyone gets pulled into something they layer can't get out of. Give people a choice and it will work.
