My left earbud suddenly stopped working, and the case keeps blinking red whenever it’s placed inside. It doesn’t enter pairing mode or reset properly. After checking online, I found many users facing this exact same problem, which seems to be a common defect — mostly affecting the left earbud.
When I visited the service centre, the staff instantly blamed a small scratch on the earbud and refused warranty support without even testing it. The behaviour was rude and dismissive, and I was told it was “my fault,” which left me feeling genuinely disheartened.
It’s upsetting to see such treatment, especially when the product is still under warranty and the issue is clearly not an isolated one. I’ve already emailed Nothing Support with full details and screenshots, but I’m posting here to raise awareness and ask the Nothing team to look into both the repeated product fault and the poor customer experience at this centre.
