I am a long-time tech enthusiast and a huge fan of Nothing’s design philosophy—the transparency, the Glyph Interface, and the focus on distraction-free simplicity really resonate with me.
I am currently based in China and am very eager to purchase a Nothing Phone (either Phone (2a) or the latest model, depending on availability).
I was hoping the community or an official representative could help clarify a few key questions for me regarding purchasing and ownership in mainland China:
Where can I officially purchase the Nothing Phone in China? Are there any authorized retailers, official online stores (like on JD.com or Tmall), or official distribution channels?
Does Nothing currently offer official after-sales service or warranty support (保修 / 售后) for phones purchased and used in China? If so, what is the process?
Are there any known connectivity issues (e.g., 5G band compatibility or Google services access) when using the international version of the Nothing Phone in China?
I really want to support the brand and experience the phone firsthand, but ensuring I have a reliable purchase channel and warranty is important.
Any insights or guidance from fellow users or the Nothing team would be greatly appreciated!
