KunalMadankar anyone can run whatever ads they want on youtube… nothing can't do anything about that…there are so many copies/fakes or every brand… even fake iphones are being sold for years…
You can always find official seller through brands official website or contact coustomer support…
You can just change minor things in name and design of product and you can get away with any brands fake..and dodge the lawsuits…
