Hey everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my CMF Buds (1) — they connect successfully to my phone, but there’s no sound output at all. Everything was working perfectly till yesterday, and this issue suddenly started today.

I’ve already tried all the basic fixes:

Verified the buds are selected as the audio output
Re-paired them multiple times
Checked Spotify’s device output
Reset the buds using the case button
