I’ve noticed one big gap in the Nothing Phone experience—there’s no all-in-one reminders app like iOS Reminders. The iPhone’s app lets you easily manage to-do lists, set scheduled and recurring alerts, organise by colour and category, and even use countdowns and location triggers. Surprisingly, no Android app on Nothing completely matches this!
Nothing OS is clean and smooth, but I really miss having a native reminders app that handles everything—from daily schedules to monthly tasks and showing how much time is left for each event. Most third-party apps are either too basic, paid, or lack handy features like countdowns or location-based reminders.
I’d love to see Nothing add an official reminders app (or enhance Essential) that gives us advanced scheduling, automatic countdowns for tasks, colour categorisation, and widgets right on the home screen—just like iOS. It would make tracking assignments, meetings, and personal goals way simpler on Nothing devices.
Other users agree: we need a free, feature-rich reminders app built for Nothing, so everyone from students to professionals can stay organised. Hope the team considers this for future OS updates!
