I thought it should’ve been there? Literally every other phone has it? This phone is basically perfect for me. I’m loving it and having a blast using it, but when I’m doing light gaming (geometry dash, hill climb racing, etc.) or using some apps (Brave nightly and a couple others run at 60 by default) it’s locked at 60hz with no way to change it whatsoever. In other phones there is an option to change it to 90 or 120. And no don’t tell me that it’s locked on the app’s side. I’ve tried the games on my mom’s OnePlus and they run fine 120 after changing the said setting. Same with the apps.

Please look into it. This is a real problem and needs attention. I hope it’s being worked on with NothingOS 4.

And the developer options, yes I use the toggle to disable the fps lock for games and peak refresh rate. However they don’t do anything on their own. I use a third party app to create a sort of “overlay” to get 120hz in the said apps. It’s a bit hacky but it kinda works.

I’m pretty excited for NothingOS 4. Hopefully this gets fixed by then.

Hi Nothing Team,

I love the creative integration of the Glyph Interface for features like charging animation and Zomato delivery tracking. I’d like to suggest expanding this to show the battery level of connected Bluetooth devices (like earbuds, headphones, etc.) through the Glyph lights.

This would be a super helpful and futuristic addition—similar to how the Glyph shows charging status when the phone is plugged in. The idea is to have a subtle light-based indicator when Bluetooth devices are connected and charging or running low.

Why this matters:

Quick visual glance at Bluetooth device battery without needing to unlock the phone

Enhances the usefulness of the Glyph beyond phone-specific notifications

Complements Nothing’s vision of reducing screen time through ambient design

Would love to see this in a future update!

Is there a quick way to toggle Flip to Glyph feature without having to go through the settings? It would be nice to be able to toggle it from the lockscreen but I unfortunately don’t see it there.

Spike if possible i will love Nothing add the possibility to choose random notification sounds that use randomly 1 of the 10 ringtone notification when you receive one. It could add more fun and pleasure.

Hi Nothing team,

I’d like to request the addition of a Media Volume slider in the Quick Settings panel. Right now, adjusting media volume requires pressing the physical volume keys and then tapping extra buttons, which isn’t always convenient—especially when listening to music or watching videos.

Having a dedicated media volume tile or slider in Quick Settings (similar to how brightness works) would make it much easier and faster to control sound levels. It’s a feature that’s available on some other Android devices, and I believe it would enhance the overall user experience on Nothing OS.

Please consider adding this in a future update. Thank you for the great work you’re doing with Nothing OS!

Spike Currently you can save presets in the camera app where you can choose lenses, modes and filters but there’s no option to save the expert settings like the iso shutter speed and ev .

It would be nice if we could change all these settings (iso, shutter speed,WB,ev,AF) and save it as a preset .

Nothing team please bring a desktop mode in CMF phones like Samsung Dex. Android 16 now officially bringing desktop mode to pixel devices.

Nothing is one of the smoothest and refined UI no doubt. But nothing UI is lacking in some basic features. So if nothing devlopers team seeing this please fix this issue cause it really annoying.

The issue:

There is no option in hotspot so that I can see which devices of mine (or who) is connected to my hotspot, neither I can block or limit someone to use my mobile data, it’s really annoying cause sometimes we have to really go through devices and see which one connected or who is connected to our hotspot. So please Nothing team add this thing. One UI 7 find the best solution for this in their hotspot setting. Thankyou

The haptics are nice. But there are moments when I’d like my phone to be absolutely quiet, but even the haptics make sound.

In some scenarios it would be very beneficial if my phone didn’t make a metallic clank every now and then.

Currently there is no easy way to mute vibrations. Yes, i can mute notifications but my keyboard, back button, ui actions and others will still work.

So i suggest you, the nothing OS developers, to add a button that toggles the haptic motor entirely. Even third party app control.
