Anonymous978 There is a setting for an intelligent charging feature which could cause your slow charging and it is actually an on purpose feature:
You can find it within the battery settings under "Battery Condition" (or something like that, don't know how accurate the German translation is) and it's the first option, "Intelligent Charging".
If enabled, it charges the phone slowly over night, which actually causes less stress for the battery and can improve the longevity. It uses a set alarm clock in the morning as a meassurement. So it essentially calculates when you want to get up, begins to charge slowly to ~80-90%, keeps it there and then charges the remaining percentage right before the alarm starts.
