Anonymous1004 I’ve filled out the support form and emailed them a bunch of times. Nothing support actually called me twice. both calls were around 10–20 minutes long. From the very beginning, their tone felt super defensive. They completely ignored the part about the physical damage and just kept repeating that I should take the phone back to the service centre to fix the restart issue.
When I mentioned the damage that they caused, they still kept defending the service centre. I even told them to check the CCTV footage, and only then did they agree that I could bring it in again.. this time saying they’d also fix the back glass.
The problem is, the last repair took five days, and my backup phone (OnePlus 6) doesn’t detect the SIM anymore and keeps rebooting. So right now, I really can’t afford to be without a phone. I’m planning to buy a secondary device in a few months, and once I have that, I’ll take this one back in for repair.
Honestly, Nothing support has been a letdown. Most of their email replies sound like those generic, copy-paste templates. almost like they’re written by an AI.
Example: Here’s the response I got after I sent feedback about the essential space.

Their call support is a bit better, but getting them to actually understand the issue takes a lot of patience.
