Hallo, Ich stehe vor einem Problem, bei dem die App nicht beim ersten Tippen geöffnet wird, wenn ich Benachrichtigungen erhalte. Ich muss erneut auf die Benachrichtigung tippen, um sie zu öffnen. Wenn ich beispielsweise eine WhatsApp-Nachricht erhalte und auf die Benachrichtigung tippe, kehrt sie einfach zum Startbildschirm zurück, anstatt WhatsApp zu öffnen. Erst wenn ich ein zweites Mal auf die Benachrichtigung tippe, öffnet sich der Chat. Steht noch jemand vor diesem Problem? Wenn es sich um einen Fehler handelt, kann dieser behoben werden?

Hi,

I’m facing an issue where, when I receive notifications, the app doesn’t open on the first tap. I have to tap the notification again to open it.

For example, if I get a WhatsApp message and tap the notification, it just returns to the home screen instead of opening WhatsApp. Only when I tap the notification a second time does the chat open.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

If this is a bug issue can this be solved?

Is this the same experience with all apps/notifications? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as restarting the phone, applying any updates etc?

Derren yes.. for most of the apps… I tried restarting and my phone is updated.
