By default, no. You can only deactivate the Google apps. The reason to my knowledge is actually due to Google itself: In order for a manufacturer to be allowed getting access to Google Play Store and Services, they need to pre-install a certain number of Google apps end aren't allowed to let the user uninstall them.

You need to use third party software in order to actually get fully rid of these apps.

theyre under the google's partnership, so they have to ship with google bloatware or else they'll be like graphene os, wont be able to get the AOSP on time.

You can use adb (android developer bridge) as so:

Enable USB debugging
Connect your phone to a computer with a cable
Run adb shell
For each app, look up the package name and uninstall it as: pm uninstall com.package.name

There's a way to do this without a computer using Shizuku app but i forgot the step

Make sure to look up whether each app is safe to delete first as it can soft brick your device
