that's a third-party app issue for not allowing you to select available camera hardware.
Or what am I missing here? Do you want NTL to talk with Meta to get them to allow that option?
Do you believe that FB/IG needs to be preinstalled to allow it?
I'm curious what you think NTL has to do with it?
