BenedictRafael No, not accurate. But the basic idea is conveyed here. According to my understanding, Android doesn’t give any app direct access to the actual battery cycle count. Unlike iOS, Android doesn’t have a direct API that can tell how many cycles the battery has completed.
As you can see, both apps show the same data and both have been recently installed, which means they are likely using the same algorithm based on system logs, battery capacity, voltage, charge discharge patterns, and the historical full charge capacity (FCC), etc.
After considering my own charging habits and usage patterns, I find the results from both apps to be quite close.
