My phone suddenly powered off without any reason - OS Android 16

Hallo, Heute ist etwas Ungewöhnliches mit meinem Telefon passiert. Es schaltete sich plötzlich ab und reagierte etwa 30 Minuten lang überhaupt nicht. Egal wie oft ich versuchte, es wieder einzuschalten, es gab kein Lebenszeichen. Der Akku war zu etwa 35 % geladen, bevor das passierte, aber ich habe ihn trotzdem angeschlossen, um zu sehen, ob er reagieren würde, aber immer noch nichts. Ich ließ es am Ladegerät angeschlossen und nach etwa 20 Minuten hörte ich plötzlich ein Geräusch. Das Telefon schaltete sich wieder ein und funktionierte wieder normal. Der Ladezustand betrug immer noch 35 %. Seitdem ist alles in Ordnung, aber ich mache mir Sorgen, weil ich mich bei Besprechungen, Sicherheitscodes, OTPs und mehr stark auf mein Telefon verlasse. Ich habe das Betriebssystem vor ein paar Tagen aktualisiert und frage mich daher, ob es sich möglicherweise um einen Softwarefehler handelt. Ich wollte es melden, falls andere das gleiche Problem haben. Ich habe auch eine E-Mail an das Support-Team gesendet und erwarte daher auch deren Antwort.

Hi there,

Something unusual happened with my phone today. It suddenly powered off and remained completely unresponsive for about 30 minutes.

No matter how many times I tried turning it back on, there was no sign of life. The battery was at around 35% before this happened, but I plugged it in anyway to see if it would respond, still nothing.

I left it connected to the charger, and after about 20 minutes I suddenly heard a sound. The phone turned back on and was functioning normally again, still showing a 35% charge.

Everything has been fine since then, but I’m concerned because I rely heavily on my phone for meetings, security codes, OTPs, and more.

I updated the OS a few days ago, so I’m wondering if this might be a software bug. I wanted to report it in case others experience the same issue.

I have also sent an email to the Support team, so I expect their response too.
