I love these headphones, I do. Theyre comfy, they sound great, the battery life is insane. But the case, man. The case is a nightmare. First off, if just feels cheap. The hinge doesnt feel sturdy. Secondly, seating the headphones in to charge is so wildly inconsistent that its borderline infuriating. You know how many times Ive popped em out to start my listening experience only to have one bud not charged? Or how about the lightest of jostling will unseat the headphone just enough to connect to my phone. Putting them in your pocket? Be prepared to have one random headphone connected.
Improve the case. Change up the shape. Make more contact points for magnets so they stay seated. Something. If the case was better designed all the way around, these would be my go to headphones. As it is now, theyre just to unreliable.
