Display shows different colours

Ich habe das folgende Problem mit meinem Nothing Phone 3: Wenn ich ein YouTube-Video im Bild-in-Bild-Modus oder im Hochformat ansehe, um die Kommentare zu lesen, ändert sich die Farbe meines gesamten Displays in einen bräunlichen/gelblichen Farbton, wenn ich das Display für einen Moment nicht mehr berühre. Wenn ich es erneut berühre, um zu scrollen, ändert sich die Farbe wieder in den Normalzustand. Ich habe in den Einstellungen mit der Bildwiederholfrequenz herumgespielt und festgestellt, dass dieser seltsame Farbunterschied nur bei einer Bildwiederholfrequenz von 60 Hz auftritt. Hat noch jemand ein ähnliches Problem, so dass ich ein individuelles Hardwareproblem ausschließen kann?

I am experiencing the following problem with my Nothing Phone 3: When I watch a YouTube video in picture-in-picture mode or in portrait mode to read the comments, the colour of my entire display changes to a brownish/yellowish shade when I stop touching the display for a moment. When I touch it again to scroll, the colour changes back to normal. I played around with the refresh rate in the settings and noticed that this strange colour difference only occurs at a 60Hz refresh rate.

Does anyone else have a similar problem so that I can rule out an individual hardware issue?

I have this exact issue. It seems to have appeared since the OS4 Update. Ive opened a ticket through the Feedback feature in the settings.

Changing the refresh rate to 60hz resolves the issue for me.

I got some basic troubleshooting from their end: System Update, App Update, clear App Cache, seeing if that Problem exists in Safe mode, disabling adaptive brightness and of course Hardware inspection.

If that doesnt Help they offered RMA.

I will Look into these steps now.

Though for me it seems to be likely software related because of the Update.

Edit: restarted the phone normally. And its gone!

SATYENDRAKUMAR_GNP8q8bHch i have just restarted the phone and it seems to disappear. It can come back though. So ist is a temporary fix. You can also try changing the frequency. It dissapears when changing to 60hz for me. But that may not be the case for others as seen above.

It’s a software problem, because it hasn’t been like that in OS 3.5. Changing to constant 120hz or conatant 60hz is a kind of a solution but that should not be the official way. I hope for a fix with the next udate.
