RadhakrishnanSawami Same problem… facing it since yesterday like suddenly. I had to screen record to read what’s the problem. And it says “Log tool keeps stopping”. I cleared cache of the apps where I’ve seen this - what’s app, insta , youtube, google and yet it still shows up like atleast once in an hour.

Same issue. I think this started when Google play system update got updated to November update. But I’m not 100% shure. Are you on November patch ?

Try opening the app info and force close, + clear cache.

Then restart your phone.

Follow up after that.

An app titled log tool probably has something to do with developer options or bug reporting. Have you changed any dev settings?

Hi Nothing Team,

I am using Nothing Phone 3a on Nothing OS 4.

I am facing a recurring system error message:

“Log tool keeps stopping”

This popup appears every 3–4 minutes, even when no heavy apps are running.

I have already tried restarting the phone and clearing cache, but the issue persists.

This seems like a system-level bug, not related to any third-party app.

Is this a known issue in Nothing OS 4?

Any fix or upcoming patch planned?

I suggested a different way of providing feedback to the team by making use of the Bug Reporting feature.
Let me know!

Also, I believe patches are upcoming, since a lot of people are going through this, so for sure it has high priority
