Give this a try to see if we can get those alerts back:
Phone app > tap the three dots (top right) > Settings > Calling accounts. Tap on your SIM card, then go to Additional settings and make sure the Call waiting toggle is switched ON.
While in those same SIM settings, check Call forwarding. Ensure “Forward when busy” isn’t accidentally sending people straight to voicemail before the phone even has a chance to notify you.
If you’re still facing issues then:
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and see if that helps.
You can also log feedback via settings > system > feedback. This sends your feedback to the Nothing team who may address it, if it’s a widely reported issue.
