I am currently using a Nothing Phone 3A.
Up until recently, I had no issues, but after the latest update, multiple problems have started occurring, to the point where it has become difficult to use the phone.
Intermittent shutdown issue
The phone shuts down randomly without any clear reason. While using it, the screen freezes briefly and then the device suddenly turns off. This happens several times a day, making normal use very difficult. In some cases, the phone kept rebooting repeatedly and even entered recovery mode on its own.
“Log Tool has stopped” popup issue
I have confirmed that many users are experiencing this problem, and I am facing the same issue as well.
I am currently considering performing a factory reset.
However, if anyone has managed to resolve these issues without resetting the phone, I would really appreciate it if you could share your experience or solution.
