Womey so this is another story. This doesn’t mean we don’t need to write to them through feedback tool and so on. Some brands don’t even have a normal community that listens, just a forum for users without any real help from the team, just forum admins.
Of course we can’t blame someone that chooses other brands instead of Nothing, because everyone will get its own favourite. But if person didn’t even try to send a feedback to the team or, at least, post here in a community, just leaves the brand — sounds like he just didn’t liked it from the start🤷🏼♀️ or idk he’s lazy or…
I also didn’t got a solution to my problem with a playground, but at least I let them know the problem exists and I’m gonna write next time if the problem continues. If they won’t solve it that’s not my problem, that’s their problem. And not a reason to change phone if it works overall.
