The Feedback feature on Nothing Phone (2) has been broken since the first Nothing OS 4.0 update and is still not rectified even after the second 4.0 update.
Issue details:
Feedback category option is not loading / not visible
Without category selection, feedback or complaints cannot be submitted
Feedback is part of Settings, not a separate app
App crashes or loops when trying to proceed
This issue started sometime after the first 4.0 update and has continued unchanged after the second update, clearly indicating a persistent OS-level bug.
Support response so far (not helpful):
Advised to clear cache / force stop the app, but no app name specified
Feedback is under Settings, so this instruction is unclear
When clarification was requested, support advised visiting a service center
This is unreasonable for a widespread software issue
Ground reality:
This is not a hardware problem
Many users are reporting similar behavior after OS 4.0
There is no authorized Nothing service center in my city
Nearest listed multi-brand center is ~30 km away
Key concern: If the Feedback system itself is broken, how are users expected to report bugs introduced by updates?
Request to Nothing Team:
Please acknowledge this as a known issue
Share whether a fix is planned in an upcoming update
Or provide an official alternative feedback channel until it is resolved
Nothing users expect better handling of post-update issues. Hoping the team responds with a proper technical solution instead of redirecting users to service centers.
