Jaikify 🇮🇳 Hey, I would recommend you to join the discord community - start getting involved and once you become 18 you will be eligible for any roles - also there are roles like Mods and CBO which are volunteering roles - but you can for now just be in the server and talk to people and get familiar with everyone. And keep an eye out on the careers portal and once you turn 18 you will be eligible - All the best man. Hope to see you around on the discord server. Cheers
