Dear Nothing Support Team,
I am facing an issue with the Hidden Album feature in the Nothing Gallery app, and I request your help to resolve it.
By mistake, I deleted some data from my phone storage because I was not aware that the files shown there belonged to the Hidden Album. After realizing this, I immediately restored all the deleted data successfully.
Now, my problem is:
- The photos and videos that were earlier saved in the Hidden Album are not visible anywhere
- They are not showing in the Gallery
- They are also not appearing in the Hidden Album
- Apart from this issue, my phone and all other data are exactly the same as before
I have already checked:
- Gallery refresh and app restart
- Hidden Album section
- File Manager and storage
But the restored photos and videos are still missing from both the Gallery and Hidden Album.
Please guide me on:
1. How to re-link restored files back to the Hidden Album, or
2. Whether this is a known software issue, and
3. Any steps or fixes to recover and display the restored media properly
I would really appreciate your support, as these photos and videos are important to me.
