Personally, (I am biased because I use an S21), I like how Samsung implemented the Now Bar, which is great on the lock screen, especially when doing something like listening to music. Since the NP series doesnt have a big camera holepunch, I think Samsung’s way would be closer to how they would do it, altough I am sure that if Nothing were to put in something like that, they would add some unique functionality that no other company has.
