Bellsprout - I believe would be related to a software update related to bugs fix or bugs detection and automatically send the information to land to analyze. Perhaps even a self bugs fixer.
As for hopping. Soft breeze…. Update related to software/phone speed. Would even believe is to enable the software to quickly adapt to low ram low space devices, due to the high cost of these 2 products, the best way to avoid having a high impact on product cost, is to optimize the use of small RAM/ROM. Such as what Satoru Iwata did with the Pokemon game by optimizing the game code.
