The CMF Headphone Pro looks like one of those products that seems too good on paper.
LDAC support.
Adaptive ANC up to 40dB.
100-hour battery claim.
Dual connection.
Swappable ear cushions.
At ₹6,999, it promises a lot.
So after using it for calls, meetings, OTT watching, and daily work, here’s my complete review.

📦 What’s in the Box?
Inside the retail box, you get:
Simple, clean, and practical. Nothing fancy, but everything you need.
—
🎨 Design & Aesthetics – Bold and Playful

CMF leans heavily into its playful design language.
Swappable ear cushions.
Bold colorways.
Minimal matte finish.
I’m using the black variant with teal ear cushions, and I love the combination. The matte black finish looks clean and premium.
But here’s something important.
When I first tried swapping the ear pads, I accidentally screwed the right pad onto the left side — and even upside down once.
You need to be careful while changing them. It’s modular, but not foolproof.
Overall design? Stylish and unique for this price.

🛠️ Build Quality – Good, But Not Perfect

Here’s where things get real.
I kept the headphones in the carry bag along with my laptop. After some time, I noticed small scratches and slight wear on the matte finish of the ear cups.
The build isn’t bad, but it’s not tank-level durable either.
If you’re someone who throws headphones into a bag daily, just be mindful.
It looks premium, but durability could be better.

😌 Comfort – Light but Slightly Stiff

The headphones are light, which is great.
But for me, the headband felt slightly stiff during long sessions, almost like mild pressure on the top of my head. My head size is slightly larger, so this may differ for others.
That said:
Comfort is good overall, but try before buying if possible.
Also, it occupies noticeable space in your bag while traveling.

🎛️ Controls – Physical Buttons Done Right

I love the physical controls.
There’s:
The energy slider, by default, adjusts bass, but you can switch it to treble in the app.
I kept mine at around 60%.
Does it dramatically change sound?
Not really. But it does make subtle differences.

The assistant button supports:
Single Press/Press & hold
Voice assistant
Noise control
Spatial audio
Mic on/off
The roller supports:
It takes a little muscle memory to master because the buttons are small, but once you get used to it, it’s intuitive.
Plenty of control without touching your phone.

📱 Features & Connectivity – Fully Loaded

For ₹6,999, this feature list is impressive:
The dual 40mm drivers support 20Hz–20kHz frequency range.
ANC uses 5 microphones total.
3 of them are dedicated for calls.
Switching between AAC and LDAC requires a reboot, which takes a bit of time.
—
🔊 Sound Quality – Lively and Spacious

The CMF Headphone Pro sounds good.
The CMF Headphone Pro supports:
With LDAC enabled, you get higher bitrate audio streaming for supported devices.
The sound is lively and punchy.
Enabling Spatial Audio adds an impressive sense of space.
The provided EQ presets are solid.
Pop is the best all-rounder in my opinion.
🎧 Audiodo Personal Sound

This is one of the underrated features.
CMF integrates Audiodo technology, which creates a personalized sound profile tailored to how you hear.
You complete a hearing test in the app, and it builds a profile that adjusts frequencies accordingly.
The best part?
It stays consistent across devices, so your personal tuning follows you.
That’s rare at this price.
One funny note, if you increase volume to 100%, sound slightly leaks out like a low-watt speaker.
Sound is enjoyable, spacious, and versatile.
—
🔇 ANC – Surprisingly Strong

Adaptive ANC up to 40dB.
And honestly? It works well.
It effectively cancels surrounding noise in typical environments like offices, traffic, and home settings.
You can customize ANC levels (Low, Mid, High, Adaptive) in the app.
For this price range, ANC performance is impressive.
—
🔋 Battery Life – The Real King 👑

This is the headline feature.
CMF claims:
Real-world example from my usage:
I charged it before my first impressions post.
On Jan 26, it was at 95%.
On Feb 2, it was still at 85%.
Just 10% drop in 8 days.
And I used it for:
Calls
OTT watching
Meetings
That’s insane efficiency.
Battery life is easily the strongest reason to buy this headphone.
You can comfortably cross 50 hours of usage, something many competitors can’t match.

💰 Price & Verdict – Easy Recommendation?
At ₹6,999 on Flipkart, the CMF Headphone Pro offers:
Good sound quality
Strong ANC
LDAC support
Dual device connectivity
Stylish modular design
Excellent battery life
The build could be better.
Comfort might vary depending on head size.
But overall?
It feels like a product that costs more than it actually does.
And that battery life alone makes it a very easy recommendation.

✔️ Good ANC
✔️ Physical controls
