I reported the “Bass Enhance not working” issue via the app, and Japanese Support confirmed they could reproduce it.
@Zac My concern is: has this been flagged to the Nothing X/Firmware team at HQ?
I want to ensure the developers are actually looking into a fix the Ear (3).

I have tried resetting the Ear (3) and reinstalling the Nothing X app, but it didn’t work.
【Description of the Issue】
The “Bass Enhance” on/off toggle button and the intensity adjustment slider are not functioning properly.
【Behavior Details】
Toggle Button: Toggling it ON/OFF does not change the sound at all.
Intensity Slider: Changing the intensity level (e.g., from 1 to 5) does not change the sound.
【Confirmed working on Nothing Ear (2024)】
I have confirmed that the Bass Enhance toggle and intensity slider work correctly on my separate Nothing Ear (2024).
Since it works on another device, the issue is not with my smartphone.
I believe the cause lies within the Ear (3) firmware or the Nothing X app specifically for this model.
