JP ah so its not only me, a little annoying, i can access those images in the albums side of the app but not in the Photos tab..
Also my bad, i had forgotten to mention that i did try clearing the cache of the app, i even tried force stopping it before opening it again and no luck. What’s weird is that if im sending an image through discord i can see all the images on my phone but ironically not even Google Photos is detecting everything, its the same as the Gallery App, i guess discord is indexing the whole phone in a different way..
Well, hopefully it’ll get fixed some time soon.

Ive actually figured it out, its so obvious honestly in hindsight, open your Gallery app > on the top right click on the triple vertical dots button > Settings > Show in photos view > in here you can choose what albums to show or hide from the Photos tab. A little misleading that not everything is enabled by default, unless it transferred settings from my old phone i wasn’t aware of.
