I’ve been training with the running coach on my CMF Watch 3 Pro and to be honest, I’ve struggled to understand what daily training requires of me.
For example, in this first photo I’m sharing, I understand that the training is based on increment, but I’m not clear on how to implement it. Numbers like 15′00″-20′00″/km confuse me more than they clarify. Perhaps it’s due to my lack of knowledge, but if so, I still think the plan should be explained more clearly for people who aren’t familiar with these concepts and want to start training with this assistant:

🚨Update: After a few more days of training, I’ve been able to understand the training plans. My main problem was that I wasn’t familiar with the min/km measurement and confused it with km/h, something that can happen to anyone starting this type of training without prior knowledge. Therefore, I suggest that once you start using the running assistant, it should clarify these concepts for you so you don’t get confused.
