SamuelRomero_mywVSZAMCH I just use the bass enhancement at full to compensate for the loss of bass but I think nothing can do something about it.

Firestorm780 I didn‘t got the update either for now still checking every hour. But that aside. I really wonder what the real issue, from a technological standpoint, was. Maybe the driver just wasn’t designed to handle deep bass and they had to tune it down in order to prevent blowing the driver or something 🤔
DenisKovalev Well, I wouldn’t rush to update. My wife has the same firmware on her headphone (67), and she loves it.
FelixHazell Wonder what I’m doing differently to have strong bass in all modes (ANC on or off and transparent) The only thing I notice is the volume isn’t as loud when using your own EQ. I’ve set mine to one of the defaults and it’s plenty loud enough until there is a proper EQ with good volume. Great update imo
Max M I think posting here will not speed up the stages of the staggered release….. Just contacted the support, again, about details of the fw rollout. Received the most generic of all the replies I got, so far
