I’m using a Nothing Phone 3a pro (Indian variant) in Bangladesh.
I’m facing a strange problem with VoLTE calling.
My GP SIM worked perfectly on this phone for more than 1 month.
Then I used that SIM in a Samsung phone for about 1 month.
After putting the SIM back into my Nothing phone, VoLTE stopped working along with incoming and outgoing call.
Now:
VoLTE icon does not appear
Calls do not use VoLTE
Incoming and outgoing call stopped working
But mobile data works fine
SMS works fine
Important:
The same SIM works perfectly with VoLTE in other phones.
Other GP/Airtel/Robi SIMs work perfectly with VoLTE in my Nothing phone.
Only my specific GP and Airtel numbers do not work properly in this phone.
Customer service says there is no problem with my number.
So basically:
My SIM works in other phones.
Other SIMs work in my phone.
But my SIM does not work properly in my phone.
Has anyone faced something like this?
What should I do?
