if you have updated Nothing Launcher try clearing it’s data cuz I did that and it’s not heating much as it used to. And less battery drain = less heating so Reduce Display Refresh Rate to Standard ,Use Dark Mode, Turn off notifications Vibration and touch feedback, Turn off Scan for Nearby device in settings-google-devices, Turn off Digital Wellbeing , Turn off usage access of useless apps like play Store etc, Use Extra Dim 🔅 when indoors, Nothing os battery optimisation is not good.
