Hallo. Ich habe die blauen 8+256 GB für meine Mutter gekauft. Sie beschwert sich darüber, dass sich das Telefon während des Ladevorgangs erwärmt. Sie hat ein 45-W-Ladegerät verwendet und sich auch beschwert, als sich das Telefon im Modus „Niedriger Akku“ befand. Deshalb habe ich es mit einem digitalen Temperaturmessgerät getestet. Die Temperatur betrug beim Laden 45 °C und im Energiesparmodus etwa 43 °C. Es war über WLAN und 3 Apps geöffnet, einschließlich YouTube. Was soll ich tun? Es ist auf Version 4.1, bitte helfen Sie. Hi. I bought the blue 8+256 gb for my mom she is complaining about the phone heating during charging used a 45 w charger and also complained when the phone was in low battery mode also , so I tested it by using a digital temperature it was 45 when charging and in low power mode it was around 43 it was on wifi and 3 apps open including YouTube, what should I do? Its on version 4.1 , please help. Charger was an 45w infinix, but when I charged using samsung charger 30w i think it didn’t reach high temperature it was warm

akhilgoud29 it’ll get warm in summers… try using good brand charger and charge at low watt…

And new phones tend to get warm in initial days because it optimize itself according yo usage… wait for some days and then update here
