I am extremely disappointed with the battery performance of my Nothing Phone (4a). The battery backup has become very poor and the phone drains excessively fast even during normal day-to-day usage such as calls, WhatsApp, browsing, and social media.
The device does not provide the expected battery life promised for a new smartphone. I am having to charge the phone multiple times a day, which is affecting my work and daily activities. In some cases, the battery percentage drops abnormally fast even when the phone is idle.
I have already updated the software, reduced background usage, and followed all basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists. This clearly seems to be a device or battery-related problem.
I request you to urgently inspect the device and provide a proper resolution, including battery replacement or repair if required under warranty. Kindly treat this issue as a priority.
