Version 1.3 is the biggest Glyph Museum update yet. New device support, new editor tools, community events, and a bunch of quality of life improvements. Here’s everything.
📱- Phone (4a) Pro Support
The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is now fully supported. New Glyph Matrix resolution, new device, works out of the box. Existing art from the Phone 3 adapts automatically to the smaller 13×13 grid, and it looks better than I expected.
This was the main driver for this update. The (4a) Pro has a completely different matrix layout, so the rendering engine needed a rewrite to handle multiple resolutions properly.

📦 - Save Posts Locally
You can now save posts without publishing them. Draft something, keep it local, come back to it later. Simple feature that should have been there from the start honestly.

🎵 - Export to Glyph Beat
Any post can now be exported directly as a Glyph Beat theme. Your glyph art becomes a music-reactive light show, one tap. The two apps are finally properly connected.

🎞️ - Editor Improvements
Two new things in the editor:
Drag and reorder frames
No more deleting and recreating frames to change the order of your animation. Just drag them.

Camera import
New camera button in the editor with live preview. Take a photo or pick from gallery, and it gets converted to glyph art. A fun way to start a design from a real image.

🔊 - Volume Effect
New glyph effect: your art reacts to volume changes. Animated posts play as you raise or lower the volume. Static posts reveal from bottom to top following the volume level.

👥 - Community Events
Glyph Museum now supports community events with countdown banners on the Explore feed. The first one is already live: the 4a Pro Challenge, where the community creates art for the new resolution. Winners get an exclusive badge and supporter unlock.
This is the first of many.

🚩 - Reporting
You can now report inappropriate or stolen posts. The community is growing and this was overdue. Reports go directly to moderation.

🛠️ - Under the Hood
Improved AOD service stability, lower battery consumption, better network handling, and a new debug logger for easier bug reporting.
🔜 - What’s Next
This update was focused on getting the (4a) Pro right and building the foundation for community features. Events, badges, and more are coming. The ecosystem is growing and 1.3 is the starting point.
Update is live on Google Play.
