Didn’t expect this, but the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro actually made me want to shoot more.
Been using it for almost 2 weeks now, and the design is the first thing that stood out. The metal body feels solid, and somehow it just makes me pick it up more often to click.

The overall experience is smooth. No distractions, no unnecessary lag in daily use — just clean.
Battery has also been reliable so far, which makes it easy to trust.
Now the camera — this is where I have mixed thoughts.
There are moments where it really delivers. The color processing looks good, and the telephoto shots have really nice detail. Some results genuinely surprised me.
But the AI processing needs improvement.
It sometimes tries to “fix” photos but ends up making them look unnatural — like both eyes should either be open or closed, but the result comes out with one eye open and one closed, which just feels off.
Also noticed in a few shots that fingers get slightly cut or distorted, which breaks the image if you look closely.
And there’s a bit of shutter lag in certain moments too.
So yeah, the camera has strong potential, but consistency and AI refinement are definitely needed.
Overall first impression — smooth, well-designed device that feels good to use, but the camera still needs some polishing.
