Widgets keep turning into dots – anyone else?

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe ein Problem mit meinen Nothing Telefon-Widgets. Sie verwandeln sich zufällig in gepunktete Platzhaltersymbole und funktionieren nicht mehr. Ich habe bereits mehrmals versucht, mein Telefon neu zu starten und die Widgets erneut hinzuzufügen, aber das Problem tritt immer wieder auf (dies ist bereits dreimal passiert). Hat das noch jemand erlebt? Gibt es eine Lösung oder Problemumgehung, die tatsächlich funktioniert? Dank im Voraus! Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Nothing Phone widgets. They randomly turn into those dotted placeholder icons and stop working.

I’ve already tried restarting my phone and re-adding the widgets multiple times, but the problem keeps coming back (this has happened 3 times already).

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any fix or workaround that actually works?

VasitaSrisattha Hey mate, are these standard widgets? Or, are these playground widgets that you’ve added?

I’d certainly log this as feedback via settings > system > feedback. This sends your experience to the Nothing team who can review it too.

hrry It’s playground widgets, always happens after a restart…

VasitaSrisattha I don’t know how it is for you, for me restarting is what causes the problem…

VasitaSrisattha remember it happening to me before, just removing the widgets and placing them again worked for me, I remember I had to uninstall the widgets at one point tho. Try this last one.

Happened with my 3A not phone 3. I removed them and added it back. Restarting works as well.

M3Mz I remove it over and over again and it keeps happening, I don’t know what to do… and support doesn’t help😕😮‍💨🙄

lolifnotely Go to the essentials widget tab, select a widget, go to the 3 dots and press remove/delete, do it for all broken ones, then reinstall them from playground.

lolifnotely Same exact issue I had then, I’m not aware of other solution. Just to delete all of them.

I think it’s related to something when you have a lot of essential apps saved onto your library.

Actually when you create widgets u have specify to “save backup in temp a file” and “optimize for re install and restart” also check for widget layout during 5 icons and 4 icons “ save last data for future” these things u have vibe code to avoid these dotted issues

yes “users” and “NOTHING” cant do anything about it, its upto the widget creators to fix these little issues
