Die Marke Nothing wird für ihr innovatives Design und ihre Hardware gefeiert, aber was diese Marke für mich wirklich auszeichnet, ist das menschliche Element ihrer Kundenbetreuung. Vor kurzem war ich tief beeindruckt von der Kommunikation des Nothing-Supportteams. Das Einfühlungsvermögen und die Präzision in ihren Worten waren so wirkungsvoll, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, mein Anliegen sei bereits gelöst, bevor der technische Prozess überhaupt begann. Es kommt selten vor, dass eine Marke die Kluft zwischen „Technik“ und „Mensch“ so nahtlos überbrückt.

Nothing brand is celebrated for its innovative design and hardware, but what truly sets this brand apart for me is the human element of its Customer Care. Recently, I was deeply impressed by the communication from the Nothing support team. The empathy and precision in their words were so effective that I felt my request was already resolved before the technical process even began. It is rare to see a brand bridge the gap between ‘tech’ and ‘human’ so seamlessly.

Unfortunately, I have to report a lot of bugs or malfunctions, and they offer solutions that are not only ineffective, I also mentioned that I tried them and they didn’t help… Sometimes after a few ineffective messages, someone else from customer service gets back to me and really gives a good service..

Another question where do you usually report bugs?

And which kind of bugs do you usually face?

ViMish I report through settings/feedback, and I report a lot of software bugs, For example, a problem I had - after the update that was released to the essential space, the account was disconnected repeatedly… but I report everything, everyone on the platform that suits them(There is a feedback option in every nothing app)
