Honestly, this “defend no matter what” mindset is part of the problem.
When people raise valid concerns, instead of listening, some ppl just jump in to protect the brand. That doesn’t make the concerns invalid.
We spent our money on this device — expecting transparency and timely updates is the bare minimum.
I’m not against Nothing as a brand — in fact, I really like it.
I started with Nothing Ear (1), then upgraded to Ear (2), and later bought the Watch Pro 2 and now the Nothing Phone 3. So I’ve been a loyal user from the beginning.
But honestly, I’m facing a lot of issues with my Nothing Phone 3. And I don’t think it’s fair to expect customers to praise the brand every time while ignoring real problems.
When there are issues, they should be acknowledged and addressed. Pointing them out doesn’t mean we are against the brand — it means we want it to improve.
Supporting a brand is good, but blindly defending it doesn’t help anyone.
